Ηρακλής Σιούλης

Heracles is the Training & Development Director of IVEPE-SEV, which is the educational branch of Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, one of the major social partners in Greece.
He also holds a member position at the European Engineering Skills Council of Engineers Europe (FEANI).
He is an Electronics’ Engineer and holds a Master (M.Ed.) in Adult Education (Humanities). Fields of expertise include Adult’s education, Technical Training, Process Improvement, Health & Safety at the workplaces, Life Competences, Educational Research and Management of VET units.
He joined IVEPE-SEV in 2003. He has over 20 years of experience in design, implementation, and evaluation of upskilling/reskilling educational – vocational training programs for the enterprises’ personnel, for the unemployed (CSR projects) in National and European projects. He is in direct communication with industry and SMEs in Greece designing and implementing training and development projects based on their specific educational needs.
He has an extensive teaching experience as an active trainer (more than 10000 training hours) on technical courses and has thorough knowledge of active adult education training methods on in-class and distance learning training initiatives.
As a speaker, he has presented subjects related to vocational training and continuous personal development of the workforce in many international conferences (EfVET, Business Europe, Maintenance forums etc.)
